They do.
On a related note, I think all of the "prejudice" I receive is because I'm 28 (and look younger). It's always from people old enough to be my dad or older giving me shit for my car, which makes me laugh because neither of my cars are worth more than probably 5-6 grand on a good day. It's more the ignorance that annoys me over anything else.
