It is a big difference. I dont think it is 600 watts, but a amp is better than using the Head unit in the Hifi Package. If you than decide to Upgrade your Hifi system to anything... It will be a Pain in the ... and you will end up spending more than 600€/$. My Father is very happy and his Volume knob in his g30 is often cranked. For his Liking not enough Bass, but the Woofers under the seats are impressive for the size in H&K.
However the B&W Package is just way to expensive and only worth it, if you buy a 5series used.
