I would also say it is the base stereo as I can not see any tweeters. Therefore, I would assume there is no professional navigation either... sorry for possibly even more bad news.
If, however, the car is ok otherwise (technically and optically) I would buy if anyways. There is a good chance you would still want to upgrade even the hifi/HK sound so it does not make sense to pay for what you throw out anyways.
