The 5D3 looks like a winner here. The D800 might render superior detail, but it's not likely to match the high-ISO performance of the Canon. The Canon wins in fps and potentially in AF program.
They're really close, so your preference will depend on your usage and which lenses you already own. It'll be interesting to compare full DPReview reviews when they're ready.
