I have non-runflats on my f06 (much better driving experience vs runflats) and I went with a BMW Tire Mobility kit, tire plug kit, and AAA roadside service.
Unless I have a sidewall blow out...hopefully the air compressor and/or the tire sealant, or tire plug kit can get me to a repair shop or home or safely off a busy road to await roadside help.
