We drove our F10 on a roughly 5K road trip a couple of years ago. I had swapped the ROFs for some Michelin summer tires. I never once worried about a flat. I did carry a plug kit, jack & portable compressor. I think in my 50 years of driving I've had 4 flats; only one non-repairable.
