$56k/yr savings on tuition. Impressive, but don't flatter youself.
I am sure lots of us here got tons of 4 to 5 pts on Adv placement classes, and took some transferable community college credits during high school.
As for the vehicle, it is up to you. If you can independently pay for insurance, and payment etc, why not. However, I would probably save more $ for extra cost and spending money during undergrad.
