better than I did, is this something in inventory or did you order?
For something in inventory I could get up to 14.8% off msrp (so similar to your level), I order mine and got ~11.6% off msrp
this is NY/NJ area as well (though I was focusing mostly on NYC/Westchester/then maybe a few miles north Westchester)
p.s. and in either the 14.8% or 11.6% case it was including $2k incentive from financing which I'll prepay in like 4 month
p.s.s. and my was basically cash, I financed minimal which is $7.5k and as previously stated I intend to prepay
