Last January an M2 variant (M2 Whatever) was spotted at BMW M HQ in Garching, apparently featuring a digital speedometer inside a camouflaged dashboard (see
here).
Time will tell whether only the M2 variant will get it, or also the base LCI M2 (stock or optional).
