Looks like this year it's gonna be ± 10°C (50°F) at night (provisional weather forecast) with possibility of rain on Thursday and Friday.
Newly paved track surface = slippery, as the track needs rubber for a better grip. Add rain, chilly temps, cold tires and some high speed sections into the mix and you may behold some 'Saturday/Sunday Night Fever' dancing on a street track.
I assume that drivers will wear winter testing gear. Should temps drop to ± 4°C (39°F) like last year during the Nov 19 night, pushing to 300 km/h on a straight in an open car could be a little chilly. They can't dress like bikers in winter gear, no ?
