Yeah it wasn’t so much trying to find a meat substitute. Just wanted to try it. Doing a quick comparison it’s about the same protein, about 50 less cals, and a lot more sodium. Not sure how those crazy scientists managed to turn peas into that thing, but it’s kind of nuts how close it is.
Tonight going to try my hand at a style pizza again. For some reason, pizza just escapes me in terms of execution. We’ll see how it goes!
