how recent is your pic??
although you shouldn't have to, you could go to the DMV and take a more current picture and maybe they couldn't give you a hard time anymore.
I got crap a couple of times since I had my 16 year old picture until I was 24
ever since I got my new picture, no problems
I actually had a checker at the supermarket get all pissed, telling me "it's people like you that make my job difficult" (id pic too old)
