Happened to me. i noticed it especially on cold start while feathering the gas pedal driving on my street in the mornings. Mostly from second gear to third it would shift a little hard. I used my BT cable and found out I had a misfire in cylinder 1. Took it to the dealer and told them about it hard shifting.
Long story short, they replaced all the injectors and spark plugs 1,5,6 (on warranty) and it now rarely hard shifts. Although i have felt it a couple times, but not as noticeable as before.
