From what I can see for your £4,200 you get

The MS+ pack with black wheels which would be £2,950
HK stereo upgrade which would be £820
Piano Black trim choice which would be £300
Special paint - not available on normal MS model but a £1,100 option on the M340i

so a £970 discount against those prices. You also get the ability to spec Merino leather as an option.

For me I don't like the black wheels and I'd want to see Tanzanite Blue II in the flesh before speccing it as the F30 version is too dark for me (other 2 colours are grey so instantly ruled out).

All in all not overly impressed.
