Hmmm... that looks a bit confusing to me as well.
I have no clue, but just from the looks, I'd say you are correct about the two smaller pieces going on the ends. As for the 3 taller ones, perhaps they go either on the 3 tabs that connect to the bottom piece, or onto the underside piece of the lip that you will be screwing in?
I'm assuming there were no details provided by the seller, which is unfortunate...
