I visited their technical supp and they said I have to "find it/find the source" best to make a video of it. Otherwise they will demote anything on door
They said they got no kind of report like me yet. They got echo or nonstop buzz but not problem like me. Also that its hard to find if its just speaker or something in door because it does it not always but only on some frequency.
Thats what they told me...
