Given enough lead time, can one pick an ED delivery date? I'd like to use Frequent Flyer miles for the trip to Munich and as anyone using FF miles knows, one needs to make the reservations months in advance. So, I'd like to get my flights for Munich set, usually about 10 months in advance and then sked an ED for the appropriate date.

I don't want to ping a Dealer, yet; if others have info on this?
