With the single, your engine will make more power, operate at lower exhaust back pressure levels, sound a lot nicer (6 pulses vs two 3 pulse merge) and be a lot less sensitive to heat soak/octane. And if you opt for the 58mm turbo, you should still be able to hit 600whp and have spool up similar to upgraded twins. It will also cost more. But you will be getting a lot more hardware and performance. So it really just boils down to personal preference.

The map sensor was not the limiting factor in terms of max power for upgraded twins. If anything, it just limited midrange torque. The turbo hardware itself appears to be limited to 500-520whp. Either due to turbine housing restriction and/or inlet pipe restriction. A new MAP sensor won't help you with that.
