I think your dealership probably doesn't have an allotment before then OR it doesn't want to use its allotment for you. I ordered a 530e MSport on October 18th and the build was completed November 8th. Now I await transport. But my dealership had an allotment and used it for me.
You should specifically ask them if they have an allotment earlier that they can slot you into. If they say no, check with another dealership (if you have one in your area).
