As you know there are tons of groups that go on road racing tracks. I teach for NASA NorCal, Audi Club, Northern California Racing Club, and have taught for the following car clubs: Subaru, Miata, BMWCCA, Tracquest (now defunct). For the original poster..no, you can't just show up at a track with money and go on track. I know of no place that allows that.
