They are few tuners making the Supercharge kit for our Bimmer N.A. engine, you really have to search through different forums and see which one is more popular and give you trouble free!!

I kind of agree of what Renus said, if you are targeting of 25-30HP of power gain on 323 or even 325 engine, you better save the money for buying a big dinner or buy your wife/GF some new clothes for the fall/winter season, it is just not worth it in which, won't be notficeable, unless a supercharge kit is a totally different story!! Most of those mod on NA engine is aimed for high rev and whilst, we all living in HK and understand we seldom press the gas pedal till redline for making use of the high rev speedometer zone!!

I had my 325 E46 before and I spent all the mods which cannot be able to achieve even 15HP more.....Then, I started to give up but trade for a turbo Audi prior I purchased my current 335!!
