Get the intake until you get the JB4 or CanFlap module. I would recommend the full JB4, but stage1 with CanFlap module is a popular choice for many guys.

Downpipes will make the exhaust deeper and more aggressive/throatier. Will be moderately louder but not too much, IMO.
