Definitely a pre LCI model, but a nice spec and colour. Suspect the text is a cut and paste from the internet on the part of the seller (from the mix of cars on his site, would suggest a generalist vs. a BMW specialist - hence the error?)
Using the DVLA's Vehicle Enquiry Checker
https://www.vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/ the date of registration and colour / model checks out - note the car's MOT expired on the 29th March and it's untaxed (not that Tax is now transferable).
Would suggest you look around to see whether the price is right for the spec and age and then it's upto you whether you feel it's worth a look.
