Find a local BMW Coder that can do it for cheap.
Tell them to change this in your NFRM module:
FL_UND_NSW_NICHT_GLEICHZ
aktiv
LH_UND_NSW_NICHT_GLEICHZ
aktiv

Easy fix.

However im not sure State Inspection would even test this?
