I also had problems with - following some central updates to ConnectedDrive, I think - my car not having any map updates 'booked'. As well Remote+
Dealer was not that helpful (apart from telling me that, Yes, my account had been reset at some point).
Anyway, after some 'challenging' emails to the ConnectedDrive team, finally all sorted.
I'm currently in the process of downloading EUROPE EVO 2018-3 (all 27Gb of it)... my car is still at 2017-2 even after a few days from correcting my account still no OTA update, hence I'm using the USB option.
