I believe, at least in Europe, that the wheel tyre overall diameter is one of the specifications that is specified by the OEM, in the regulation data.
It means you would need to change the tire to one with lower aspect ratio to respect this overall diameter for which the car passed the regulation requirements: meaning lower tyre flange height. It would result in a very bad ride comfort.
If you keep the tire as now, you might have very big troubles with authorities and insurance as you would drive a car that did not pass the regulation requirements. Not to mention about the speedometer to be reset, potientally the ABS ECU, and so on...
