In some respects it's a bit more difficult on an ordered car, because the dealers seemed to be more incentivized to discount a car in inventory rather than something coming along later that you may decide that you don't like, and then they're stuck with some odd duck that may be hard to flip.
I also don't know if incentives apply to when you order the car, or when it comes in and is delivered. If it's the latter, as I suspect, then they aren't going to err in your favor.
However, if you price shop, it's a lot easier to just send your configuration to several dealers and ask for their best price.
