20000 over is a lot of miles. If you wait until turn in you will get killed on the overage. At 0.33 per mile, that is $6,600. Prepay for miles at .18 and it is still $3600. If by "rolling" them you mean folding them into a new lease or purchase, you are going to pay interest as well. Sounds like a lease was not a good idea.
