I can't point to specific properties but you'll be in or near the town of Sandy Springs and rent won't be cheap, but you can find slightly cheaper rents going a couple of miles to the east (Dekalb) /west (Cobb). Your location is one of the worst in the city in terms of congestion since one of the major N/S thoroughfares (GA400) runs right by the northern side of the loop (I285). The DOT is starting to drop ten's of millions of dollars to ease congestion of this interchange.
If you're a baseball fan the new Braves stadium opens in April and it's located about 5 miles west in Cobb county.
FYI the Peachtree chapter of BMWCCA is one of if not the largest in the US and we're doing a couple of HPDE events this year at Road Atlanta.
