I bought what looks to be the same front lip, however I'm not in the UK, rather US. It was fairly easy to put on but I will say the hardware that came from the eBay seller was not ideal. Had to run to the store to get some rivets. Also had to drill holes in both the lip itself and the bumper. There were a couple pre existing holes in the bumper that were used and allowed it to be centered perfectly.
I also chose to go without the 2 bumper-cover prices purely out of personal preference. Here's a quick pic.
