hi,
if anyone can help please i would appreciate. I have a G30 520DMsport registered nov2017.
Current map is map3/2017, trying to update via usb to latest update and when i put usb into either of the ports in the car nothing is happening at all.
Does the update have to be put into a particular folder on the usb? I downloaded onto a clean usb from the connected drive store and it says just put usb into port in car but nothing happening.

i would appreciate any help that could be given,
