It is a common fault with the amount of people mentioned this warning in their vehicles. It's a matter ofntime before the loss of coolant developed into a visible coolant leak. Get that fixed before your warranty runs out, as far as I can see on the BMW warranty job card it costs a few thousands dollars for this job and the wireless charging pad.
