Not found out how to send to car on android gmaps. Sorry. I guess if you have your android device and the bmw app you can set your destination from within the app and then send to car from there
Will look at the desktop gmaps and see if I can remember how to set it up . Have used it for quite a few years.
I find it helpful to have a lot of alternatives for route/ destination selection depending on situation, tech to hand
