for a pure pleasure car it is a bit of a tough call...but I say go NA all the way
going NA from the M3 will give you a much more different experience with throttle response and sound
as for which one, if you value smallish cars and refinement and want some low end torque (the gt350 really pales in this area), then I say 991.1 S all the way...they are levelling out in values and maybe even be starting to appreciate
if you want a more apples to apples comparision, go for a 981 S or GTS, initial cost will be similar to the GT350 and it will hold its value just as well...
I had 2 and after my first considered a 991.1S, I found the 981S to actually be a more enjoyable drive with its more compact size and the engine right behind you
