They're 20" tires that fit both the 5-series and 7-series wheels.... 245/40-20 and 275/35-20. Same size as what you find on the 20" 759i and 669M wheels, which are an available option on the G30 5-series. Difference is the offset of the wheels.

The 759i wheels on my M550i came with the following sized tires:
Front: 245/35R20 Fr Run-Flat
Rear: 275/30R20 Rr Run-Flat
