most of the construction has been done. it is pretty open with only 1 toll (NJ/PA border = $1). traffic moves at a higher pace. if you time it nicely, there will be open roads. i usually do a stop at Exit 69 on RT 81 south for a restroom Starbucks break. its is in the shopping center by ATT and Macaroni Grill.
