Also you dont need to write the VO changes to the car after VO coding, that way you keep your original VO intact and have no problems when going to the dealer.

I didn't exclusively write the VO, but when I selected the module pressed code to VO code it, somehow it has written the VO as well. In one of the steps it said FA written to VCM.
