Culprit owned up, he was trying to squeeze into a too small space and managed to reverse into my car with sufficient force to crease the prewar bumper on the horizontal top edge.

Yes he is insured and admitted liability ( bit hard when the car was parked and I wasn't in it to deny) which was decent, buts it's bright bloody blue, how the f*** can you not see it.

It still hurts.
