I reckon in real terms it adds around £1000.
Even when you are down to £8k cars I still think it adds at least £700.
Plus if it is the latest CIC unit it will make the car feel much newer than an 07.
I would pay around the same for an 07 325i with CIC as I would an 09 without, in fact I wouldn't want it without.
