I would pay around the same for an 07 325i with CIC as I would an 09 without, in fact I wouldn't want it without.

If I was to keep a car just for one year, I would not bother much about it. However if I was to keep it for 2-3 year, then its a different story. Its a matter for finding balance between how much you loose (money wise) vs how much you gain by using it.
