Lowering the fan control in rear, indeed it has the effect of increasing with a very very small percentage the force of the air blown thru the front, but that is not the issue. The issue is that the front vents are blowing the air warmer than the back, although the AC menu is set on cold (not auto, not warm).
What I have noticed is that when I startup the car and I drive for 5-10 minutes, the air blown thru the front vents is how it should be (cold). But after a while it will blow semi-cold air.
