Yes, I would recommend the BMW Club. They are, bar none, the best for people who have never been to the track before.
You get classroom sessions and an in-car instructor.
Be prepared to be embarrassed, however. I have seen, in the beginner groups, guys in supercharged M3s getting nearly lapped by guys in 318tis. That said, you learn some really cool stuff.
And damn, it's fun.
