If your wheels are coated you need nothing more than SOAP and WATER. That was the whole point of coating your wheels in the first place. Wheel cleaners will eventually degrade your wheel coating especially something like Sonax wheel cleaner so that is just wrong information.
Usually you want to go with the shampoo that is the same brand as your coating to make sure there are no issues, but like others have mentioned any ph neutral soap will work for your paint. I'll give another vote to Optimum Car Wash.
FYI there's no such thing as a spray and rinse wheel cleaner. You'll always need agitation.
