If you apply the same 13% increase to the starting price of the E85 Z4 3.0si SE Roadster in the US ($42,700), then the New Z4 sDrive35i would start at $48,246 in the US.
Your calculations and logic do make perfect sense. I looked at it from a different perspective. I looked at the entire BMW lineup as compared to itself.

So for example the current Z4 E85 3.0si is 32,800 GBP but in has to be taken into context of the 3-series coupe 330i which is 31,700 GBP. The 3-series coupe 335i is 33,800. I used the 3-coupe because its the nearest car that uses the TT engine as the current E85 doesn't use that engine and so it would be comparing apples to oranges.

Anyways, in the UK an SE 335i is 33,800 and an new Z4 3.5 is 37,060. That comes out to a 10% difference roughly.

in the USA the 335i coupe starts at $42,000 so a 10% premium would yield the pricing of $46,200. One thing is that we don't actually have SE models in the USA and I think the UK SE model is underequiped as compared to the USA 335i so I took a little off the top of the USA price to close the gap, so I would assume the Z4 3.5 would come in under the 46,200 price and somewhere in the $45,000 range.

Who knows what kind of math the BMW people use, but with M3s in the $50s, I don't see the Z4 getting to high up in price over the 335i. Just your standard roadster premium.
