you can have run flat tires but still not have the increased limiter. Its an option that need to be specifically included in the order.

BS. BMW isn't going to let a car be ordered with a 155 mph limiter and non-performance tires. That would a huge liability. WhoTF would want to go 155 mph without proper tires anyway? #AnotherNeverEndingThread

So dealer submitted a ticket to BMW NA, since the new car from dealer came with a wheel and tire option that in their (BMW NA and braman bmw)words support 186mph and they will know in a couple days if they can set limiter to 155
