Yes, in some counties and states they work very well. The attorneys are all friends with the state attorneys and pretty much work out a compromise ahead of time. The state gets some money for a non moving violation and you get your record clean. Win Win.

Hopefully it works out for me and my case gets dismissed! I never thought of it that way, but it honestly makes a lot of sense
