Thanks all for the reply. Sounds like 265/285 may be the way to go on the stock set up.
Of interest, Per BMWUSA site, the M5 is configured as below:
Double Spoke forged light alloy wheels (Style 345M), 19 x 9.0 front, 19 x 10.0 rear; and 265/40 front, 295/35 rear performance tires1.
I know these may not fit in the M4 wheel well but still gets my hopes up for stock rims.
