I think what happens is that stuff listed at time of order is reverted to whats available at factory build.

My car is in to check the "Emergency Call System not working" tomorrow, despite it correcting itself, they suggested I still get it checked so have asked they check system version etc.

Re your other post I gave up with connected services and contacted Customer.Information@bmw.co.uk which is where I got results. They were very efficient however they do explain that they have no control over services but guess they have a better chance than us!
