Check with your local dealer(Zentrum). I know some zentrum's already received an initial batch of mounts. A friend of mine checked with his Stuttgart dealer. But he said they returned it bc they thought filming cars in DE is not allowed. It
IS allowed... but just not as evidence in a German court.
So... check with your local dealer... they might already have them.
