LCI's usually get updated idrive but I don't think I've seen an LCI get a newer gauge cluster even when the LCI is released after that cluster is available in other models.
e.g. E70 LCI X5 got the updated idrive, but didn't get the newer gauges even though they were available in the F10 prior to the launch of the LCI X5.
